I don't know what was up with my food yesterday. I'll try to get much better about watching my intake. I need to balance the higher fat foods with ones that arent so bad. Seems like I tend to eat all of the higher fat foods in one day. On the bright side, I was fairly low carb and my calories for the day were in an acceptable range, I just got only 3 MF meals out of 5.
