Today is going well. I'm still not having any cravings...

The shake was good this morning. I added protein powder and I like the taste... Overall, it's not a big adjustment for me.

I ate lunch at Applebee's from their WeightWatchers menu... 330 calories for a 4oz. steak, mound of steamed broccoli, and a few pieces of potato... Not bad... I am actually full from that...

The only problem is I still have no energy... I normally have LOTS of energy and I've very motivated... For the past couple of days, I am dragging... Hopefully that will get better.

238.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 23.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 14.0 lb a week
