Ok very first time I log a journal item. I started 5 weeks ago at 106 and now am at 103. My goal is round 85 cause I dont want to be too thin.

I got a few questions since Im new to the website:

1) I cant seem to find any groups in the groups search page.

2) Can I only add Friends from the friend finder section that links to your emails?

I have the calorie counter application on my Nexus One and I think its brilliant!
