Started eating less carbs/wheat this past Saturday. Scale has gone down 3 pounds, but will re weigh myself tomorrow to see if it is for real before I post. This is very challenging. I love carbs and have them at every meal. I made a noodle free lasagna and the family loved it. The kids didn't even realize their weren't any carbs!
