ok, i just have to vent right now. i have been following the atkins way to the t. my husband, however has not. He has lost 35 pounds so far, and don't get me wrong, i'm very happy for him. But, I have been struggling with the same 15 pounds since march now! Then one weekend of pizza, a few cookies, and other snacks, and i gained almost 4 pounds! i am so annoyed and frusterated, I work out almost everyday. i mean i'm about ready to give up. i don't know what to do. the littlest amount over my carbs and i'm right back to where i started. i don't know where to go from here.
