Wednesday morning.
I joined the 12 weeks challenge here on FS, it started on Monday. So far I've been doing well. I stayed away from sugar, I took long walks with the dog (1 hour a day) and overall I have been eating fairly well. I didn't take measurements yet, I'm waiting for my period to be gone. Measurements wouldn't be accurate. Next week is the real start, after the finals I will be totally back on track. Starting a running program, I may not be able to run outside because of the snow and ice, I will use the rower to build up some endurance.
Yesterday I was so sick I didn't work outside, I had animals to identify but those bison are way too hard to handle if I am not 100% well. I stayed inside, did some paperwork, finally got the taxes done, studied and took a long nap. I walked the dog twice and did one hour of yoga, it felt really good. This morning I am ready to go back to work.
Time to get dressed, walk the dog and go chase bison! Have a great day buddies!
