Yay! I'm down about nine pounds since I started, my rings fit me again, and my morning blood pressure is dropping down into the "normal" range. I don't know what else I could ask for! Got through an extremely trying three days (at work AND home) without being worse for the wear, and still managed to keep on track, with my ketone levels being high enough to know that I'm still burning fat this morning.
