it's Sunday, my rest day, so no workout today which makes me worry a bit because I'm not burning calories. I'm not really doing anything much at all. It's a lazy day. I'm doing well with my diet though. I just think it's necessary to rest once a week just like it's important to treat yourself from time to time. After years and years of trying and failing at losing weight, I think I've finally gotten it figured out. I believe that I will succeed.

Diet Calendar Entry for 10 March 2013:
