going to get out the exercise videos. I have to lose more weight.I need to be more active.
Its Mothers day tomorrow I already have a box of my favourite chocolates and I get the hints I am being taken out for dinner. The box is not opened and shall remain so until I can allow for them in my calories count without doing away with balanced meals.
