Feeling pretty good today. I didn't log this for my food, but ate two of my protein pumpkin brownies today. Each was equivalent to a banana in terms of calories. 20g of protein.
Made the brownies last night as I was disgusted laying on my couch at 10:30. So I got up and was glad that I did. They came out very well and everyone here loved them. They were very surprised at what was in them as well! I will have to make them again. Thanks Derek Howes!
