So I upped my calories from 1200-1300 to 1700-1850. And I weighed myself and lost a whole pound. I missed two days @ the gym too! Now what kind of since do that make? Maybe it's to good to be true. But today I am gonna be happy about it and take it! 166! Can wait until I can record again...163 here I come. I don't want to see any more red arrows..lol. Childish huh?

Childish? NOT at all so proud of you. You are doing so well. AS far as the drop goes, that definitely happens to me. My theory is that we give our metabolism a charge when we give it extra calories and since we don't do it everyday it results in weight loss. I have gone two days with eating soooo healthy and nothing then on the 3rd day I cheat a little and BAM pound dropped. Either way Great Job!
