Ugh. Two words....Canadian Bacon. Low fat....but still helps you retain fluid. That can be the only reason that the scale didn't budge today. Hmmmmm. Hopefully looking to tomorrow. Stay healthy.

The cool thing about fluid retention is that when it ends, you can drop a few pounds in no time! I gained and lost 3 pounds in the last week! I've found that dandelion root tea works well as a diuretic if you want something to help you lose that extra fluid.
