Well...yesterday I had my first complete fail day. The snow meant I had no school, no work, no hubby (he works in health care), and no food. I wound up with pizza, wings, soda (so much for Lent). At the time I thought I was going to be so happy with all that food, but of course I just wound up feeling guilty. For the first day since I've started on here, I went to sleep completely in the red. Yuck.
So what have I learned? I cannot be alone and bored, because I go back to food. I need to always keep an emergency stock of some form of healthy food if I do feel the need to binge. Lastly, and this is something I have to remind myself of every morning, today is a new day.
