I haven't written in awhile again. Yesterday was my birthday ! Which meant lots of cake and cupcakes and birthday dinner! I didn't count it because it's my day, but I still did Zumba and I did again today obviously, but I added in some other strength training to my routine. It's just ten minutes of ab exercises but it's something. I need some 2lb weights for arm exercises and eventually I'll put in some butt ones :P. I find the eating part is easy if you just eat until you're full. I never knew how much I just stuffed down just to stuff it down! I should be writing more here because I feel I'm losing my commitment and motivation but at the same time I feel it's just started. It hasn't been too long and I don't know.. It's just hard. But rewarding. The muscle in my calves has never been so hard or defined. :)

HAPPY BIRTHDAY! Sounds like you had a great time... besides the exercise lol. I've heard of Zumba, my cousins do it, I've never done it though.
