Well last night did not go as well as I hoped for. I had a huge sugar craving and gave into some low carb chocolate ice cream and then 2 weight watchers mint candies. I thought I was doing ok and then it slid down the wayside.

Hang in there, hon! You've recognized the slight backslide and took back control because you're back to eating healthy today. Don't beat yourself up, please! For me, getting back on any controlled way of eating has always been the hardest--you did great! (Personally, I can't do ANY kind of sweet thing, even controlled carb and/or sugar free. Even one little taste, and I can't stop...so I avoid it altogether, especially on induction. Guess that's the true sign of my addiction...)

Thanks a lot, it has been really hard this time around and i am not seeing really any kind of progess like some others. In the past i lost 20lbs in the first month now i cant even get to loose 5lbs in 2 weeks. Easy for me to slide a little.
