started my day at 7:30 with my food intake at 11:50 i ate a apple, i have had 2 waters now and 1 diet mt dew just to let you know i did what you said and eat a fruit and the bar and see how i feel well i did feel better today. i was not hungry or tired till i ate this 2nd apple ate lunch at 12:00 had subway turkey sandwich with string cheese at 4:25 i ate a string cheese and a peanut butter brownie bar with another water
