So my exercise involved a brisk walk pulling a wagon with two children in it. Im not too sure which is better me doing my exercises in the am or pm. So my diet is going ok i havent strayed off of my sugested calorie intake which is good, although i never really ate alot before my diet. I think it was just what i ate and how much. Im still going pretty strong, because OMG do i ever want to be skinny and feel good about myself for this summer. Their is no way possable you would catch me dead in a bikini right now, i have to lose at least 20 pounds before i get in one. ITS GONNA HAPPEN.
