Today is very difficult for me. I was so caught up with some work that I had a very late breakfast. In fact it was more like lunch. I hate eating like this. I just need to make sure I eat when I get up and then do what I need. I will have a late lunch and a late dinner. Just wonderful.

That happens to me a lot eating a late lunch and dinner works out pretty good.

Sometimes if I have a mid-day meal, then I have a lighter supper. But it's late night snaking that is my nemesis. Glad we can be buddies. Stay in touch and good luck to you.
