Well, had a follow up doctor visit yesterday for my 'walking pneumonia' I was diagnosed with in TN. He was very pleased with my weight loss, he had recorded a 32lb weight loss since November. Woo Hoo!!!

Got myself to the gym finally this morning, got 25 minutes of walking in. Need to keep that up...

Feeling good about my path but still worried about my health in general. My doc is concerned over an enlarged heart and I have to go to a cardiologist to get that checked out. Not scheduled yet, but soon...
