Halleluiah!!! 3 lbs in 5 days!!! And I didn't starve myself either, so I know it's actual fat loss. I've been eating healthy, doing lots of cardio and weight training, and even some P90x workouts in addition to my workouts at the Y. I'm so happy...thank you Jesus!
I know it's a small victory, but I'm seeing the finish line, the war of my weight batle being won! May the good Lord give me the good health, strength and motivation to keep on keepin' on!
