Week 4 of very consistent work outs and no significant loss. My metabolism is shot. I am determined to increase my lean muscle mass to help me get these pounds off. Started 10 minute trainer this past weekend with Tony Horton (very motivating guy). I am sore today and ready for my workout tonight. I hope I can keep this up. It's hard with 2 little ones.
