Very productive day all around. got to the gym at 5:45am. 900 cals burned 3.25 miles 1800 incline. 1 set of shoulders in the am. Returned to the gym at 7pm. 500 cals. on the treadmill 1.75 miles walked. thats a total of 5 miles today. completed my full shoulders workout. I had a tough time with my lunch today. chicken bacon, lettuce and tomatoes. ate very little. then thru it up. very painful no clue why.
