Today is the day I start working out! Yesterday did an hour walk with the family and eat a salad out. Was a good girl:) so much to do today! Im pulling myself together and getting shit done from today! got the weights from aunt as well:) family is coming for dinner today so in order to have a slice of lasagna tonight I need to be extra careful during the day. LOVE having family over but its tough on the tummy esp when your trying to lose weight! AND my 500-1500 calories a day starts today! woop woop!
