9st 9.5 (2.5 on at WW) Very disappointed with myself this week, I just can't seem to get myself under control. I asked for a signed tracker at WW, hoping to shame myself into moderation, but so far it just seems to be leading me into temptation to lie about my intake! Not *quite* the desired effect! I am overdue for my period but I fear that that can't be held sufficiently responsible, I can't be absolved entirely of blame for my gluttony :-(
