I'm feelin' good, feelin' good, feelin' good. I haven't lost any considerable about of weight, yet, lol. But I did pass up candy bars and cookies today with little effort.
I was just marveling how I have a little over 2 weeks left of summer. I've worked alot this summer! I need to try and soak up what I have left before it's too late. I can't wait for vacation!
I am trying to live a more simpler, stress-free life. I don't want to turn more bitter than I am now. I don't want high blood pressure. I don't want to get agitated over little things. I don't want that to be my fate. I'm trying to enjoy life day for day now. I want to LIVE.
Today: 2 miles, 25 situps, 300 jumpropes, arms, legs, butt, sq 1, sq 2.
