I am still not meeting my RDI. I need to get to the grocery store! There is nothing in the house that is conducive to my plan! At least I've been good abstaining from the bad stuffs!
I also need to get moving! I'm not exercising as much as I should be. I've been walking at work on my lunch and doing stretches at night, but I need to work it MORE!
I'm down 2 pounds this week after a few weeks of plateau...very happy about that! Also that my hubby is onboard with getting healthy! That makes me very happy!
