It looks as though I've lost three pounds this week... I don't really believe it though. Must be some weird monthly fluctuation or something? I have been weighing myself at the same time every day - before I eat in this morning, of course. How can I have lost two pounds since yesterday?
And how can HALF an english muffin be "one serving"?
And how can (practically) three strands of spaghetti be "one serving?"
