Still working at it. I'm finding it easier to order "No mayo", "No fries", and just a water on the occasion I hit a fast food joint. If I need to do fast food, I ignore crap like McDonalds and look for a place with taste and variety.
Been hard to keep up the food tracker though. It's tough to do with a busy life.
Switching to a small dinner plate and consciously stopping to drink water and NOT go for another helping of anything getting easier too.
