Started walking on my treadmill again on Monday. Today was day three and still going. Hopefully I can keep it up. I want to lose weight so that I can be healthier and reduce the health issues that I already have.

Great that you are getting some exercising in. That is essential. I am noticing by looking at your Food Calendar that there is a large amount of carbs on there (163 right now) I am a HUGE mac&cheese fan but I have cut that out totally unless I buy whole wheat noodles and make it myself a much healthier way.
Just wanted to give you a suggestion to watch out very closely for carbs. They are very tasty and okay for you in moderation but in large amounts, can really hinder your ability to lose weight. Carbs also make you hungry sooner after you eat them.
