I haven't been on the site for a few days because I am frustrated. I'm dropping any additional weight. Things I've done to change this: I've increased my water intake, I've scaled back on the amount of cheese I'm consuming, and I've lowered the amount of food I'm consuming. I hope the scale is nice to me on Friday.
I feel defeated, but I will not give up!
