I am getting a head start on one of my challenges (the 25 crunches a day.) I don't do much exercising when I away during the weekend. Though, I hope to change that.
I would really like to get into the 130s (higher 130s - mind you) by the time school starts. I anticipate much stress eating and little exercise once my nursing program begins. Unless, of course, I keep on the ball and practice some good time management.
