I've been getting more exercise, especially cardio (walking/elliptical machine) that wouldn't also drive up my hunger. I've been burning between 450-600 calories more per day, and watching my intake so that I'm still losing a little bit of weight a week.
179.3 lb Lost so far: 7.7 lb.    Still to go: 14.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 2.6 lb a week
