Well I made goals for the week and already blew my eating one up yesterday. Oops! I will have to do better the rest of the week. I ate too much junk last night and I don't really know why, I was comfort eating and felt stressed, but I'm not feeling stressed. I'll have to take a look at my life and reevaluate and see if I can figure out what's going on. I didn't workout last night either, so that didn't help. I should be off at my earlier time today, so a workout is in order, maybe that will help me not eat so much tonight. I will do better today!

That's ok to have those days when things don't go as planned. Just get up and do better tomorrow! You can do it! Hopefully re-evaluating what's going on will help to see why you fall off the wagon. Good luck!

You'll get it! I'm having trouble with my eating too, had 2 donuts for breakfast, I can't even remember the last time I ate a donut!! Not sure why I wanted one today. I'm blaming the dreary winter weather :)

Thanks for the support guys!! I've been thinking about things and I think part of my problem is that I know my son leaves for FL with my parents on Sunday and I'm worrying a little bit, and it's that what if something happens and I'm not there worry. I think that's a big part of it. Hopefully, after my son's trip I'll get back to normal. :)
