yesterday was a good day till we met up with my husband and brother-in-laws old friend from the phillipines. We went to Pappa's seafood for dinner. I did well I had like 12 glasses of water (instead of alcohol) and a greek salad with grilled shrimp which I am sure had more calories in it than it needed. I ate one scallop that my bro-in-law didnt want. then I was a little bad and had a few glasses of wine (boo, I dont even like wine) however, the table was served with about 5 slices of various pies, and I only had one forkful of key lime pie!!! I am so proud of myself, I could have eaten the WHOLE 5 pies, by myself, but I had ONE forkful!!l technically it asnt even a whole forkful either! on the other side we were waiting on a phone call at the house ALL DAY and didnt get much excersize in (boo). Today will be better, and I hope to get back to more than a few oz. for weight loss!
we shall see what te rest of the day brings! I have even been making myself eat breakfast which I know is good for you (I just dont like eating in the mornings). Annnnnd, no fast food since last friday, which is SUPER good for me! I love fast food. Its gonna be tough I have been really achin for some chick-fil-a but I am not gonna do it yet. I am tryin to go 2 weeks, we shall see what happens!
