today started off 7:30 diet mt dew, some small hersey bites (all bad)
water x 2 today
blue berries at 12:30 with some black berries and rasphberries
3 string cheeses one at 5:30 am and two at 11:00 am
one mt dew (bad) at around 10:00 am needed some energy
