I'm on day 3 of the Master Cleanse. I think tomorrow will be the last day I do this. So far I have lost 3-4 lbs. Not bad but I expect to gain a bit of it back when I come off it.
As soon as I'm done w/ the Cleanse I will start working out. I need to get up earlier to do some workouts at home. I think i will put the coffee maker on an early timer so that I can grab a quick cup of coffee before I start. I need some motivation to get out of bed!
