Finally reached Day 40 of 100 (100 push-ups everyday)to reach 4,000......Strange but that leaves me with 6,000 more .....aaahhhh!! Gotta set Goals!!
I also submitted a goal for my trainer (September Daily Goals were requested):
• KB (#60 or #70) Farmers Carry for 1 mile, each drop of the KB, 10 Burpees.
He posted the Challenge on Instagram this morning & invited me! I’m a Damn fool for saying anything 😎😎😂😂. Of course, the rest of the Gym wanted me to show up @ 12:00 today!!
