I think I am going to start recording the exercise that I do each day in this journal. I am not sure why, but I never could get into adding them normally on here (as I would food). So, I will actually be editing my journal a couple times per day now - as I record my physical activity.

For the future, here are some monthly goals I have been brainstorming:
-Get the recommended daily serving of fruit ea. day (I'm an open fruit hata)
-Get the recommended daily requirement of veggies ea. day (I don't hate on veggies as much.)
-No french fries
-No fastfood
-No snacks from the vending machine at work
-No eating after 9PM.

Tonight I did:
2 mile walk, arms, sq I

Diet Calendar Entry for 02 August 2010:
