Sees that either My weight loss is stalling out or I’m gaining more muscle. My family says I’m spending too much time at gym sonIncut back this week and I can see the difference in my weight loss.
220.0 lb Lost so far: 10.0 lb.    Still to go: 15.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
