Beginning to track foods and excercise today. I plan to do an Atkins-ish diet. Mainly I want to see what I am eating and have never sucessfully tracked in writing. Not sure how to quess-timate amounts/serving sizes. Biggest sacrifice I feel I am facing is giving up my chai tea latte. I wish that water was also tracked...surely it is and I just havn't found it yet. Let me check that now...
