Returning from about 10 days of travel, ate fried foods etc and random physical activity and gym times. Overall not a bad net since in the past when I got back from the road my weight typically spiked up from the normal 235 to 240. I was a little less than 224 when I returned home this time. Going back to plant based while foods and see how this goes not worrying about the water retention spikes that occurred last time I ate beans and rice in recent past.
