So excited to lose 4lbs this week. Whoo! I ate a little more this week which included a few more carbs a day and I actually lost more than last week. I think I over think things. I want so much to see this weight gone, but I need remember that it will take time. And starving yourself isn't the answer. My goal was to be under 305 by my anniversary and I just might make make it!
