This week hasn't been so good as far as stress. Didn't eat too much on Tuesday or Thursday and haven't worked out. I was surprised to see my weight Wednesday morning. I need to be eating more than 2200 calories a day. Going to start trying the recommended 2900 next week. Lots of cooking to be done Sunday.
