ok so I am on it now. I think it helps that my husband is getting on board too. although he doesnt stick to things as much as I have been. He is enjoying that he has lost weight already and its only been 2 days. both of us started out on the wrong weight, so we had to add a few pounds and I guess we are both upset that it says we havent lost any weight yet. he has lost almost 8 pounds and I have lost almost 4... its not fair that men seem to just drop pounds like its nothing! anyway, I think we have started a little bit of a competition. I am not super competative but I am so gonna beat him!
I have gotten that yuckie attitude from the other day out of my system, I hope it stays that way! and to everyone who had spoken up about my last post thanks a bunch, I REALLY think it helped push me over that hump!!
