Some people only weight every week and it works pretty good for them. You are doing really well on your weight loss, so there's no reason to be discouraged.

i am not really discouraged with my weight loss results...i just thought of a way to stop thinking about my recent weight loool...i always give attention to the up and down!

This is a good idea, one that I think I will do also. I weigh myself every morning and it's starting to become an obsession. Maybe I'll do every other day to start off. But way to go Nodaa!! Keep thinking Positive :D
