A little down this morning - only 1/2 pound down. I really wanted to get into the 170's before beach week. I really didn't care if I was only at 179.5 but that was my goal in January and I have been so close to stay on track. Why are things slowing down... I guess today I need to see what I can mix up a little so I don't hit a plateau. I feel really good about adding on the strenght exercises and will continue to work on them. Maybe I need to revisit the mix of calories.
