ate a banana at 5:30 am, had two diet mt dews around 7-7:30 am, protein bar around 7 am, string cheese at 9am.
Today at 10:42 am i ate some carrots i think cause i am bored. ughhhhh ate lunch at 12:10 pm had a antipasta salad with ham, hard salma, white cheese and ranch dressing with a water
had 3 waters total today so far diet mt dew at 2 pm
