Diet seems to be very high in fats, albeit the currently "good" ones as I try to minimize carbs. Doesn't seem to be affecting my weight loss. We'll see what happens to my lipid profile in March! Find myself resenting all the capsules I have to take. Already had a handful of MD prescribed stuff. Hoping I'll be able to ditch those once the diet and supplements have had time to work.
