Back to gym after a weekend of pizza and beer drinkinking. Weight this morning was 219.5. Did not re weigh after workout. Good bicep and core workout today did a little less than normal on elliptical as I’ve been running around doing errands all day
219.5 lb Lost so far: 10.5 lb.    Still to go: 14.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
