diet change effective this week due to plateau reached. Reduction further down to 1200 calories. 400 effective calorie per day reduction. next plateau reduction is down to 1000 calories perday. current weight 233-235 lbs. we will see. also exercise change 45mins running every morning along with 2.50 hours of pumping heavy iron. every evening. 6 days a week no cheat day on diet. on day 7 runing twice once in the am and once in the pm. 1 hour runs each. weekly fat cycle monday morning for lowest weekly weight. but still weigh in every day to monitor water retention with certain types of foods.......
